Location: Davis & Weber Counties, Utah

We’re looking for someone high energy, friendly, professional, and reliable to help grow our presence in the community. If you love talking to people, enjoy building relationships, and are active on Facebook, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering inbound calls from potential customers, taking down lead information (no quoting or pricing)

• Handling non-lead calls by taking notes and passing the info to the team

• Actively engaging in Facebook groups like Utah Connect and local community subgroups by commenting, replying, and forming real relationships

• Attending 3 to 5 local networking events each week. These may be breakfasts or lunches and usually last about 1.5 hours. You’ll connect with local business owners and build relationships. Meals are reimbursed with a receipt

• Representing Colossus Plumbing professionally both online and in person

Compensation:

• $10 to $20 per hour, based on experience and the level of responsibility you’re able to take on

• Commission starts at $16 per lead that turns into a completed job

• Full-time position, typically 30–40 hours per week

• Bonus consideration if you are familiar with Housecall Pro (our CRM and scheduling platform)

• Meals during networking events are reimbursed

Must-Haves:

• A quiet, in-home office or dedicated workspace free from distractions

• A reliable computer and phone with fast and stable internet (fiber preferred)

• Reliable transportation to attend local meetings and events

• Punctuality and professionalism—you follow through and show up on time

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Are outgoing, dependable, and communicate well

• Follow through quickly and don’t need to be chased down

• Are active on Facebook and enjoy engaging in real conversations

• Are available to attend in-person networking events throughout the week

• Are organized, self-motivated, and open to learning

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in customer service, admin, or lead intake

• Are familiar with Housecall Pro or similar software

• Have attended Connect Utah events or similar networking groups

• Are passionate about supporting local businesses and growing with a team

This role is more about building community and trust than making sales pitches. You’ll be the local face of Colossus Plumbing, helping us grow by creating real relationships.
